These Terms of Service govern your use of aisearchengineoptimization.com and the Inside AI SEO educational ChatGPT app, provided by AI Search Engine Optimization (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them before using these services. If you do not agree, discontinue use. A separate written client agreement governs paid consulting or other services and takes precedence for those services if there is a conflict.
1. Educational services
Our website and Inside AI SEO app explain search optimization and AI search concepts. The app lets you browse learning areas, search topics, and read published lessons. It does not perform a live website audit, calculate an audit score, change your website, access your accounts, or verify your business’s performance.
Content is general information. Search platforms, AI systems, and their practices change. Information may contain errors or become outdated. Evaluate recommendations in your circumstances and obtain qualified advice when needed. We do not guarantee search rankings, AI citations, traffic, leads, revenue, or any other business result.
2. Eligibility and platform requirements
Use must comply with applicable law. The services are not directed to children under 13. You must meet the age and account requirements of ChatGPT or any other third-party service you use. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so. OpenAI’s terms govern your use of ChatGPT; scheduling providers have their own terms. Our app is an independent service and does not imply endorsement by OpenAI.
3. Permitted use
You may use our publicly available materials for your own learning and internal business evaluation. Do not misuse the services, introduce malicious code, circumvent access or security controls, interfere with other users, impersonate another person, infringe others’ rights, or use the services unlawfully. Do not submit passwords, credentials, confidential client information, payment details, health information, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information to the app or general contact forms.
You are responsible for the information you submit and for ensuring that you have permission to provide it. You retain your rights in your submissions. You grant us only the permission reasonably needed to process them, respond to your requests, and operate the relevant service, subject to our Privacy Policy. Please remove personal or confidential information from support screenshots.
4. Intellectual property
Our original lesson text, site content, design, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These terms do not transfer ownership. You may quote brief excerpts with appropriate attribution where permitted by law. Republishing substantial lesson content, reselling our materials, or distributing a copied service requires permission unless a legal exception applies. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
5. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes information handling for the website, contact and booking features, analytics, and the ChatGPT app. OpenAI and other providers handle information under their own policies. Your agreement to these terms is not consent to optional tracking where separate consent is required by law.
6. Third-party services and availability
Links, embedded scheduling, analytics, ChatGPT, and hosting services are supplied by third parties. Their availability, policies, and features can change. Review their terms before using them. We may update or discontinue features, correct content, or limit access to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. If a separate paid-services agreement provides specific commitments, those commitments govern.
7. Fees and consulting
Using the educational app does not enroll you in paid consulting. Any paid engagement requires separately agreed scope, pricing, payment, cancellation, and other terms. A contact inquiry or consultation booking is not a guarantee that we will accept an engagement.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website, app, and educational content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or continuous availability. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any changes to your website or business.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses arising from use of these free educational services, including lost profits or lost business opportunities. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable protections concerning fraud, gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or other mandatory consumer rights. A paid client agreement may establish separate liability provisions.
9. Questions, disputes, and changes
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms requires arbitration, waives rights that applicable law protects, or prevents you from using a court or regulator available under applicable law. We may revise these terms; the effective date identifies the current version. We will provide notice or obtain agreement to material changes where required by law.
