This Privacy Policy explains how AI Search Engine Optimization (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles personal information through aisearchengineoptimization.com, our contact and scheduling services, and the Inside AI SEO ChatGPT app. Questions and privacy requests: hello@aisearchengineoptimization.com, (712) 635-7879, or 1601 North 7th Street #532, Phoenix, AZ 85006, United States.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you contact us through HappyForms, email, telephone, or a consultation request, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, website address, message, and how you found us. TidyCal handles appointment scheduling and may collect your name, email address, time zone, chosen appointment time, and answers to booking questions. If you become a client, we may receive additional business information needed to provide the agreed services; a separate client agreement may govern that work.
Website activity and technical information. Our website uses Google Analytics and Visitor Tracking. These services, cookies, pixels, and similar technologies may process IP addresses, device and browser information, approximate location, referring pages, page addresses, timestamps, visit identifiers, clicks, and interactions. We measure contact-form completion and completed appointment bookings. Information may also be processed in hosting, security, error, and access logs to operate and protect the site.
Inside AI SEO app requests. When you use the ChatGPT app, OpenAI sends the inputs for the tool you invoke to the app service. Those inputs can include a search query, learning area, topic identifier, or display selection. The app returns educational lessons and search results. The interface can send a selected topic and an “Ask ChatGPT” message back to ChatGPT. Please keep searches focused on SEO topics and do not enter passwords, account credentials, confidential client information, payment details, health information, or government identifiers. The app does not require your name or email, access your WordPress account, scan your website, or request your full ChatGPT conversation.
2. How we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, arrange appointments, provide agreed services, respond to support and privacy requests, deliver the app’s educational content, measure website usage and inquiry conversions, improve content, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. We do not use the app’s tool inputs to build an advertising profile or sell those inputs.
3. Cookies, analytics, and your choices
Website analytics and visitor measurement are separate from the educational app. Google Analytics and Visitor Tracking can receive browsing information when their website scripts load. Third-party booking services may use their own cookies. Essential technologies support site operation and security.
You can manage or delete cookies in your browser, block third-party scripts with browser privacy tools, and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These controls may affect embedded features and do not automatically delete information already collected. You may contact us about analytics-related privacy requests. Where applicable law requires consent, optional tracking must be subject to that consent; this policy is a notice and is not itself consent.

4. Who receives information
Information is processed by service providers needed for website hosting, security, analytics, visitor measurement, scheduling, email, and support. WordPress and HappyForms provide the contact-form functionality on our website; submitted information may be stored in the website and sent to our business email. Google, Visitor Tracking, and TidyCal receive the information described above when their features are used or loaded.
The Inside AI SEO app is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. OpenAI and infrastructure providers may process connection metadata and operational logs. ChatGPT interactions, account information, chat history, and OpenAI’s own retention and training settings are governed by OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and your OpenAI account controls.
We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, to investigate abuse, to professional advisers under appropriate confidentiality, or in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable law. We do not publish your private support messages or form submissions as site content. We do not authorize providers to use app inputs for their own advertising.
5. Retention
App inputs: the educational app processes tool inputs for the duration of the request and does not write them to an application database, saved search history, or customer profile. This does not control ChatGPT history or infrastructure logs retained by OpenAI or hosting providers under their own policies.
Inquiries, booking details, and support correspondence: retention depends on the time needed to answer and resolve the request, any ongoing client relationship, and applicable recordkeeping, dispute, or legal requirements. Client records may need to be kept longer than a general inquiry. We assess deletion requests against these purposes and any legally required exceptions.
Analytics, security logs, and backups: retention depends on the provider’s product settings, operational need, and backup or security cycles. Provider-held data can remain until its retention cycle expires. We do not represent that deleting a browser cookie erases server-side records. Contact us for information about a specific record or a retention request.
6. Your rights and requests
Depending on your location and the laws that apply, you may have rights to access, receive a copy of, correct, delete, or transfer personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of certain disclosures, targeted advertising, or profiling. Applicable state laws may also provide appeal rights and protection against discrimination for exercising privacy rights. These rights can have legal exceptions and do not apply identically everywhere.
Email hello@aisearchengineoptimization.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Tell us which service you used and what you are requesting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, request only information reasonably necessary to verify the request, and explain any applicable exception. Authorized agents may contact us with evidence of their authority. To appeal a decision where an appeal right applies, reply with “Privacy appeal.” You may also contact your relevant privacy regulator.
Disconnect the ChatGPT app through your ChatGPT app settings. Disconnection stops future app access; it does not delete existing ChatGPT conversations or information held under separate retention requirements. Use OpenAI’s settings or privacy request process for OpenAI-held data. You may withdraw permission for future marketing communications by following any unsubscribe instructions or emailing us.
7. International processing and legal bases
We operate from the United States, and providers may process information in other countries. Where European, UK, or similar data-protection law applies, processing must have an applicable legal basis: responding to requested pre-contract steps or performing a contract, legitimate interests in administration and security subject to your rights, compliance with law, or consent where required. International transfers must use safeguards required by applicable law. Contact us with questions about the processing or safeguards relevant to your information.
8. Security and children
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the services, but no transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please do not send sensitive information through general contact forms or app searches.
The website and app are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. ChatGPT and third-party scheduling services have their own age and account requirements.
9. Changes and contact
